![]() It’s a great tool! However, there is one problem - the Allplan release does not contain such objects for all eventualities. They therefore enable time-saving while also helping to avoid mistakes. PythonParts can be successfully used with recurring operations (creating a formwork, adding fixtures and reinforcement meshes and bars, generating drawings, etc.) on standard elements. Controlled by handles and parameters that can be linked to calculation programs, they, if necessary, also enabling the automatic views creation. In Allplan, these are PythonParts objects that can represent typical structures, also including reinforcement. Moreover, the logic of their behavior can be determined by the user - whether an engineer or an architect. ![]() The current trend in BIM is ‘Everything is interconnected’, by using parametric objects.
